TOSC5 Website Widget – June 3, 2025
Information pursuant to the Accessibility Act (BaFG)
Accessibility Statement
feratel media technologies AG is committed to making the TOSC5 Website Widget accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG), as amended, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 28, 2025, on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
This accessibility statement applies exclusively to the TOSC5 Website Widget (booking and information widget) integrated on this website.
Status of Compatibility with the Requirements
The TOSC5 Website Widget is partially compliant with Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.
Non-Accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
- a) Incompatibility with the BaFG
- C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-text content presented lacks equivalent textual alternatives that serve the same purpose.
- C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text).
- C.9.1.3.2 – In certain instances, the sequence in which content is presented affects meaning but is conveyed only visually and not structurally.
- C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for regulatory exceptions (e.g., logos).
- C.9.1.4.10 – Content not requiring a two-dimensional layout (e.g., data tables or maps) is not rearranged upon resizing.
- C.9.2.1.1 – Some features cannot be activated using a keyboard (or similar input interface).
- C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information starts automatically, lasts longer than five seconds, or is presented alongside other content, without mechanisms to stop or hide them.
- C.9.2.4.3 – On some webpages that can be navigated sequentially and where navigation order affects meaning and functionality, some focusable elements do not receive focus in an order that preserves meaning and functionality.
- C.9.2.4.6 – Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality.
- C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when user input is required.
- C.9.4.1.2 – In certain cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have properly set names, roles, states, properties, or values, or users and assistive technologies are not notified of changes.
- C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without shifting focus.
- b) Disproportionate Burden
Making the PDFs contained in the TOSC5 Website Widget accessible, as well as providing this accessibility statement in plain language, currently presents a disproportionate burden. These are therefore exempt. - c) Content Outside the Scope of Applicable Legislation
A version in sign language is not mandatory.
