Comfort and modernity are combined in our apartment Life & Luxury Top 3 through its size and its homogeneous furnishings. The 100 m² apartment contains two bathrooms with shower and bath, a large living area with open kitchen and three bedrooms. A sauna on the ground floor of this newly renovated building as well as a large balcony and a covered parking area complete this luxurious package. On 100 m² you will find everything that makes the holidaymaker's heart beat faster: Covered parking, vestibule, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, open kitchen, large living area, 3 bedrooms, guest toilet, Each bedroom with private balcony, sauna and relaxation room.

The building is located in a central top location right in the heart of Saalbach. The nearest ski lift, the Kohlmaisbahn can be reached in a few minutes on foot and provides the ideal entry point in the entire ski circus. The center of Saalbach with all supermarkets, nightlife, shops and restaurants is also just minutes away from the apartment building. The apartment itself is located in the apartment house on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase and a lift. Wi-Fi, a ski room and a covered parking in the carport in front of the house are available to all guests free of charge.

Payment Arrangements & Deposit

For the processing of the payments your registered credit card data or the data of the direct bank transfer are used. 20% of the accomodation price on booking, 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival.

Security Deposit

The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.


By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.


The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.

Parking Place

The parking place is located under the carport on the left side of the entrance door (No. 3). Please park your cars under the carport behind each other. 2 parking places are available.

Check-Out & Key Return

The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.

Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment

1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 2 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.

Hygiene Products

Please note that these are holiday apartments so there are no toiletries and hairdryers in the bathroom.

Cancellation Fee

Changes and cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free.
Changes and cancellations within 31 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
